Will Summer Holidays Be Extended in Punjab Schools?

Students in Punjab are wondering if their summer break will be longer, just like in Sindh. Right now, schools in Punjab are closed for summer holidays until August 14. They’re supposed to open again on August 15.

Earlier, Punjab schools closed on May 25 for a week because it was very hot. Then the regular summer break started on June 1.

So far, the Punjab government hasn’t said anything about making the holidays longer. They might change the dates if the weather gets too hot or if there are other problems.

In Sindh, the government has already decided to keep schools closed until August 14. This means kids in Sindh will go back to school on August 15, which is when the new school year will start there.

The Sindh Education Minister, Syed Sardar Ali Shah, made this decision because it’s still very hot and humid in Sindh.
