Eligibility Requirements

• Be currently employed by a research institution (in Austria or abroad)

• Be fluent in English (the program’s working language)
• Not be a previous recipient of a Klaus Liebscher Scholarship
• Not be currently employed by the European Central Bank or any central bank within the European System of Central Banks (ESCB)
