7th Class English Book SNC PCTB Textbook

The Punjab Curriculum and Textbook Board has designed the 7th Class English Book SNC PCTB Textbook to help students grow in language, comprehension, and critical thinking. This textbook covers a wide range of themes like ethics and values, national pride, environment, peace education, and media awareness.

Students learn through stories, poems, and dialogues such as The Last Sermon of Rasoolullah (PBUH), Martyrs of Pakistan, A Nation’s Strength, Quaid-e-Azam (R.A.), Smog, and Pakistani Female Mountaineer. It builds skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking while introducing important grammar points like pronouns, articles, tenses, punctuation, and adjectives.

The book also includes practical language activities—dialogue practice, role-play, silent reading, paraphrasing, summarizing, and letter writing—to make learning interactive. Students work with prefixes and suffixes, word meanings, syllable division, sentence patterns, and idioms and proverbs. Units like The Wise Old Woman, Think Not All is Over, The Young Boy’s Adventure, and Role of the Media highlight diversity, resilience, and real-world issues, helping students connect language with life.
