CSS INTERNATIONAL ‎RELATIONS SYLLABUS -Download PDF

The CSS International Relations paper carries 200 marks total. It is an optional subject with two separate papers. Each paper has 100 marks.

Candidates must score at least 33% in each paper to pass. The papers test knowledge of global politics and foreign relations.

Paper-I covers:

  • Theories of international relations
  • Global political systems
  • International organizations
  • Conflict and diplomacy
  • Foreign policy analysis

Paper-II includes:

  • Pakistan’s foreign relations
  • Regional geopolitics
  • Current global issues
  • Economic diplomacy
  • Security challenges

The exam requires an understanding of world affairs.
