- Turkish Citizens residing in Turkey: ALES score below 55 (quantitative section).
- Non-Turkish Citizens or Turkish Citizens residing abroad: GRE General Test score of 153 (quantitative section) with some flexibility for strong applicants with exceptional academic backgrounds.
English Language Proficiency
- TOEFL iBT: Minimum score of 87

How to Apply?
Bilkent University offers scholarships to international students applying for the 2024 academic year. You don’t need a separate scholarship application! Just apply to the university itself, and you’ll automatically be considered for a scholarship. Head to their website, click “Request Now,” register, and start your application.
