What Is the KDDP Scholarship?
The Kohat Division Development Program (KDDP) Scholarship Phase III is a special initiative by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. It offers fully funded scholarships through the Higher Education, Archives & Libraries Department for students belonging to Kohat Division.
This scholarship aims to support talented students from Kohat, Karak, Hangu, and Lakki Marwat who are pursuing higher education in recognized public sector universities. It covers all educational expenses, including a monthly stipend, and ensures that deserving students have the opportunity to study without financial stress.
Who Can Apply?
Applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Must hold a valid domicile of Kohat, Karak, Hangu, or Lakki Marwat.
- Must be enrolled in the 1st year / 1st semester of MBBS or BS Nursing.
- Must have secured admission in KMU or KMU-affiliated government medical or nursing colleges in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
- Must not be availing any other scholarship at the time of application.
- Must fall within the poverty score range of 0–45, as determined by the BISP-NSER assessment (BISP certificate is mandatory).

Only shortlisted students will receive the scholarship after verification.
Obtain the KDDP scholarship application form from your respective KMU or affiliated college.
Fill in the application form and attach all required documents, including your BISP score certificate.
Submit the completed form along with supporting documents to your university’s concerned office before the closing date.
Ensure your admission in the eligible program before applying.
Applications will be reviewed by the Institutional Scholarship Award Committee (ISAC) within 15 days of the deadline.
