The Government of Punjab has officially announced the schedule for the Class 9 (SSC Part-I) and Class 10 (SSC Part-II) annual examinations for the year 2026. All Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISEs) across Punjab have finalized the exam dates and issued detailed instructions for students and schools.

Class 9 and 10 Exam Starting Date

According to the official notification, the annual exams for Class 9 and 10 will begin on March 3, 2026.
All Punjab boards will conduct the exams on the same date to maintain uniformity across the province.
The complete date sheet will be issued soon by each respective board.

Submission of Admission Forms

The boards have released a schedule for the submission of online admission forms.
Students are required to fill out their admission forms online, print them, and submit them along with the paid fee challan to their schools or institutions.
The fee can only be deposited through online bank deposits.

No Manual Submissions Allowed

The Punjab boards have strictly prohibited manual admission forms and manually deposited challans.
Officials have clearly stated that such forms will not be accepted under any circumstances.
This new step is aimed at digitalizing the process to ensure transparency and efficiency.

Instructions for Schools

Both public and private schools have been directed to visit the official websites of their respective BISEs.
School administrations must carefully read the instructions and complete the submission process within the given deadlines.
The boards have warned that late submissions may not be accepted.

Purpose of the New Measures

Officials from the Punjab boards stated that these new procedures are introduced to make the examination process faster and more transparent.
By moving to an online system, the boards aim to reduce paperwork, prevent errors, and save time.
It also helps ensure that students and schools face fewer problems during the admission and exam process.
