During a meeting, Maryam Nawaz directed that the number of laptops for students in Punjab be increased to 110,000. She also ordered the establishment of a special helpline for scholarship recipients. The eligibility criteria for students from other provinces will be the same as in Punjab. Students must have at least 65% marks to qualify for a laptop.

Maryam Nawaz stated that education and youth are the countryโ€™s true investments. She emphasized that scholarships and laptops are the right of every student. She also highlighted that students from all regions deserve equal opportunities.

The Chief Minister assured that merit-based students applying to good colleges will have their fees covered by the government. She assured that funding would not be an obstacle for student welfare programs. The same standards set for Punjab will apply to students from other provinces.

Approval was also granted for a one-day Vice-Chancellorsโ€™ Conference and a Tech Expo in Punjab.
