Admission Process

1. The admission process for MPhil programs starts in January and June for the Spring and Fall semesters respectively.
2. Applicants can apply through the Online Application System on QAU’s website.
3. Print the application processing fee invoice/challan of Rs. 2215/- for Habib Bank Ltd. or Rs. 2200/- for Askari Bank Ltd.
4. Deposit the fee in any branch of Habib Bank Ltd. or Askari Bank Ltd. in favor of the Treasurer, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad.
5. Upload the bank challan/invoice along with other scanned required documents with the online application.
6. Provide required documents like transcripts.
7. Appear for the entrance test (if applicable).
8. Selected candidates will be offered admission.

Admission Requirements

• For Undergraduate/BS (Morning/Evening) Programs: HSSC Part-I passed with at least 50% marks.
• For Pharm-D Program: FSc (Pre-Medical) or equivalent with at least 60% marks.
• For LLB Program: HSSC/Intermediate or equivalent with at least 50% marks & LAT with at least 50% marks.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for admission to the BS program is 22 years. Exceptions may be granted by the Vice-Chancellor under special circumstances on the recommendation of the relevant department/school/institute/center.

PhD Admission Process

The admission process for PhD programs also starts in January and June for the Spring and Fall semesters respectively. The application process is similar to the MPhil programs, including the online application, fee payment, and document submission.
